Fitness

Junior golfers walk carrying their own bag.  They play golf the way it was intended, stride for stride with your playing partner.  While this is no great feat for some, it is a daunting task for most considering the level of concentration and physical taxation a tournament round can represent.  Fitness is one of the most important aspects of gaining their edge.  Post information about the benefits of fitness including endurance, reduced risk of injury and of course, more distance.  Post your contact information such as email, twitter info or facebook page.
