Nutrition

Golfers typically play golf in an average temperature of 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Our bodies need water and we use an enormous amount of water when we play in these conditions. Experts in nutrition can assist with knowing, not only the importance of how to hydrate before a round but what foods to eat, when to eat them and how often. Nutrition could be one of the greatest assets to becoming the best golfer you can be and is probably one of the most ignored of all the key players in golf wellness! Yes, we need to eat right, but there are specific foods that can make you play better, think better while on the course and help your body endure a grueling round without loss of energy. Find one in your area, or select one from the directory who fits what you are looking for…the benefit of nutrition is that it can be communicated verbally so finding someone local is not as imperative as your swing coach or fitness trainer.
